BIODYNAMIC VITICULTURE
Environmentally friendly, no insecticides, herbicides or other chemically synthesized products are used.
Out of personal conviction, we have transitioned from organic farming to biodynamic techniques with the aim of achieving a balanced and environmentally friendly farm. No insecticides, herbicides, or other synthetic chemical products are used. This sustainable approach promotes biodiversity and soil structure. The farm features spontaneous cover crops and, occasionally, taproot varieties sown between rows. These varieties aerate the soil, provide organic matter, and encourage microbial life (through biodynamic preparations) that transforms the soil into mineral salts that plants can absorb.
As a complement, we make extra contributions of compost to those areas of the farm that require it. Use of biodynamic preparations, infusions and homemade plant extracts, both for the compost and for the plants, with the aim of reducing the use of copper and sulfur.
Production is limited to less than 8,000 kg per hectare, resulting in a plant with sa, vital, balanced and both character. Manual treballs for both winter pruning and green pruning.
After selecting the parcels, the verification is carried out by the owner in boxes of vint kilos of capacity, guaranteeing that the grape arrives at the cellar in a few minutes and in perfect conditions. Certified organic by the CCPAE, as well as biodynamic, certified by DEMETER.
