Piece of land located within the La Pedra Blanca area, in Subirats, Barcelona. A 28 acres property, known as La Font de Jui, with gentle slopes and a clay-loam soil, deep and well drained.

Planted to selected low production clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, also an experimental plot with Vermentino. Since its plantation has been recently approved within Catalonia, we have engrafted two more acres of this Mediterranean variety, so well adapted to hot climates that would help us compensate somewhat for the global warming effects.

After three years of testing we have great expectations about the wines vermentino can give us, complex and with a magnificent acidity.
